  • To register as an 'IAVE Cooperating Organization(10+1 FREE)' category, one representative must register and complete the payment registration fee according to the registration date, and submit the information for each of the 10 members by filling out the ‘Registration Application Form’ below to the secretariat email (wvc2024busan@gmail.com).

1) Youth may get requested to submit proof of enrollment or student ID/certificate to verify their status to the Secretariat by e-mail.
2) IAVE membership will be verified with IAVE.
3) Those categories will need a verification process by entering a provided code.
4) If you register greater/less than ten affiliates including one representative as a paid participant, please email the Secretariat office.(Email : wvc2024busan@gmail.com)
* Registration fee includes 2 luncheons, 3 dinners and all conference sessions.
** Accommodation should be booked individually via a separate webpage link.(>The link will be shared on the official website.)

* Under 19 years old (born after 2005 October) can participate in Busan Tours only when accompanied by an adult(parent/protector).
One adult must be accompanied by one Youth under 19 years old, and the adult must be registered.

Bank Transfer

  • All bank charges for bank transfer must be paid by the registrants.
  • Please note that the transfer must be made under the registrant’s name and must be stated on the receipt.
  • After the transfer, please send the remittance receipt to the Secretariat via email(wvc2024busan@gmail.com)

Cancellation and Refund Policies

To request a cancellation, please send contact to the Secretariat via email at wvc2024busan@gmail.com.
Please note that refunds may take days to return to your account depending on the type of payment method you used.
For the refunds requested from October 15, the refunds may not be processed until after the event due to administrative reasons.
Bank charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.

  • No refunds for cancellations/no-shows will be made.
  • Failure to obtain a visa or flight ticket is not grounds for a refund of registration fees.
  • Participants are responsible for taking appropriate insurance and medical cover in connection with their attendance at the WVC2024Busan. The organizers and hosts or any individuals associated with the event or hosts in any capacity shall not be liable for any kind of loss or damage to personal property.
